Shipping policy

Ariiston – Orders, Postage & Tracking Policy

We aim to get your order to you quickly, securely, and with complete transparency. Here's everything you need to know:

1. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on business days are usually dispatched the same day, subject to availability.

  •  Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or public holidays will ship the next business day.

  • During busy periods (like sales or holiday seasons), please allow an additional 1–2 business days for dispatch.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

Australia

  • Standard Shipping:

    • FREE for orders over $99 AUD

    • $10 AUD flat rate for orders under $99

  • Express Shipping (Metro areas only):

    • FREE for orders over $175 AUD

    • $15 AUD flat rate otherwise

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping Only:

    • FREE for orders over $150 AUD.

    • $15 AUD flat rate for orders under $149.

    • Express shipping currently not available.

International (Coming Soon)

  • Flat rate: $25 AUD

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Mark return parcels as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • You can follow your parcel in real time using the tracking number provided.

  • If you haven’t received tracking info within 48 hours, please contact info@ariiston.com.au.

4. Authority to Leave & Missed Deliveries

  • If you provide Authority to Leave (ATL), the courier may leave your parcel at your delivery address.

  • Ariiston is not liable for loss or damage once the parcel has been delivered under ATL.

  • If ATL is not provided and no one is available, you may need to collect your parcel from a local depot or schedule a redelivery.

5. Cancelling or Changing Orders

  • Orders can only be modified or cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, our standard Returns & Exchange Policy applies.
