What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Afterpay.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand. International shipping to select countries is launching soon!

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Habitat accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:
• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout
• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders placed before 12 PM AEST are usually shipped same day. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days in Australia, 7–10 in NZ, and 10–20 internationally.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link.
Do I have to be home to receive my parcel?
You can opt for Authority to Leave (ATL), but we’re not responsible for lost or stolen parcels left unattended.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of shipment for store credit or exchange only. Refunds are only issued for faulty items under Australian Consumer Law.
What are the return conditions?
• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Tags and packaging must be intact
• Items must not be damaged, faulty, or altered in any way unless they arrived in such condition
•Items returned for exchange must be in a re-saleable condition
Who pays for return shipping?
You do. Returns must be sent via a trackable, insured courier. For international returns, label the parcel as “Returned Goods” to avoid extra customs fees.
How do I start a return?
Email: info@ariiston.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and preferred outcome (exchange or store credit).
What if my item is faulty?
Contact us ASAP. If the fault is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund as required by law. If no fault is found, the item will be returned to you at your cost.
The colour looks slightlydifferent than on the website. Why?
Due to screen displays and lighting, minor variations can occur. We strive for accurate representation.
How do I care for my Ariiston pieces?
Follow the care instructions provided on the tag. Improper care may void eligibility for returns.
Are your products sustainable?
Yes—many of our garments are made from certified organic cotton, phthalate-free dyes, and eco-conscious methods. Only products marked as sustainable carry these claims.
I have sensitive skin. Are your garments safe?
Our garments are skin-safe for most people, but if you have allergies or sensitivities, consult a doctor before use.
Is my personal data safe with Ariiston?
Absolutely. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 and GDPR, and never sell your data. Read our [Privacy Policy] for more.
Do you use cookies?
Yes—for better shopping experience and analytics. You can disable them in your browser, but some features may not work.
